Examples of content we collect and store include 3D models, textures, and related assets you create or upload, as well as project settings and metadata you configure in our database. Content also includes files and links you upload to the Services. If you use an on-premises version of the Services, we do not host, store, transmit, receive, or collect information about you (including your content), except in limited cases where permitted by your administrator.
We collect certain payment and billing information when you register for paid Services. You might also provide payment information, such as payment card details, which we collect via secure payment processing services.
We collect information about you when you use our Services, including browsing our websites and taking actions within the Services.
We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with our Services. This information includes the features you use; the links you click on; the type, size, and filenames of attachments or 3D assets you upload; and how you interact with others on the Services. We also collect information about organizations and people you work with and how you collaborate with them.

We use data hosting providers in the United States and EU. You may request storage in Australia or Asia. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method is 100% secure.
We retain information based on its type, deleting or anonymizing it when no longer needed, unless stored in backups for legal compliance.
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed for legal obligations. Inactive accounts (unaccessed for 1 year) may be deleted.
Organizational accounts are retained as required by the administrator.
