Subprocessors
To support the delivery of the BIMTLY service (the “Service”), BIMTLY, operated by Prelako d.o.o. (“BIMTLY”, “we”, “us”), engages certain third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf (each a “Subprocessor”).
This page provides information about the identity, role, and location of our current Subprocessors, in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where required, transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are safeguarded using appropriate transfer mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal safeguards in accordance with GDPR.

The BIMTLY brand is operated exclusively by Prelako d.o.o.BIMTLY does not share personal data with any corporate affiliates or related entities.
