What it does

  • Find customers, contacts, deals, tasks and products, with or without accents
  • Count and filter records, and follow the links between them
  • Create and update records when you ask — every change is under your name

The app sees and changes only what you can see and change in BIMTLY yourself. It works in one company, the one you choose when you connect.

Connect

ChatGPT and Claude: three steps

  1. In ChatGPT or Claude, open the apps or connectors settings and find BIMTLY. If it is not listed, add a custom connector with this address: https://app.bimtly.com/ai/mcp
  2. Click Connect, and sign in with your BIMTLY account.
  3. Choose the company, and click Allow.

Then ask, for example: “Find the customer Jadran and show me its open deals.”

Other AI apps

DeepSeek, chat apps and code editors

Any AI app that can add a remote MCP server works with BIMTLY — for example Cherry Studio, LobeChat or Chatbox with a DeepSeek model, Cursor and VS Code. Add a server with the address https://app.bimtly.com/ai/mcp.

  • If the app offers a sign-in, sign in with BIMTLY and click Allow. BIMTLY marks such an app “Not verified”, so check its name before you allow it.
  • If the app asks for a key, make one in BIMTLY → Settings → API keys, and paste it as a Bearer token.
  • A key works in one company and does only what you can do. Remove it there to stop it at once.
Privacy

What BIMTLY receives, and how to stop it

  • BIMTLY never receives your conversation — only the searches and changes the app sends
  • Every change is in your company’s activity log, under your name
  • Disconnect at any time: BIMTLY → Settings → API keys → Remove key
